Before I knew him as Rad, I just knew him as the politest Southern kid. He was a regular at The Bird and I worked there. He’d usually have a table full of friends with him. He was so polite! He never left without checking that the tab was paid, and we were taken care of. He was memorable from then on.
Then I started working at JHREA and here was Rad. He’d come by regularly. I called my twins pumpkins, and he would always ask about my pumpkins. So thoughtful and sweet.
The laughs and silliness will be missed. He inspires me to be a better, kinder & more joyful person.
